Life in San Francisco, Day 1
I’m starting a new series for my blog, called Life in San Francisco. So I start with the location many people do: CalTrain.
Specifically, the 4th & King station.
New office, new view
Still in San Jose, but now on the 17th floor with a nice view.
Busby and his twin Astro at Stinson Beach
Friends of ours have a poodle that’s just like Busby, but 2 years younger with a longer tail. We spent the afternoon running around Stinson Beach.
Volunteering
The company I work for, Xactly, organized a few of us to work the afternoon at 2nd Harvest, which donates food. Our task was to sort through the donation bins you see at grocery stores; toss the expired stuff, put proteins on one pallet vegetables on another, and so on.
Hiking the Marin Headlands – Feb 2015
Busby and I hiked for about 5 hours up and down the hills in Marin overlooking the Pacific Ocean and at times San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Most of the time was off-leash and Busby loved it. (so did I)
