Our Cows & Horses

On our evening dog walk, we got to see our local cows and their new(ish) young cows. But while we were talking to the cows, the local wild horses came for a visit too. Lorie fed grass to one of them. They all live in the same area and this is the watering hole. Technically, it’s a kids pool for them to drink from, but it works.

At one point, a young cow and a horse were drinking at the same time.

The brighter photo is AI’s attempt to make one of my photos look less washed out. The sun was behind them a bit, so good photos were difficult to get.

We started our trip in Cappadocia, which is known for hot air balloon rides, when the weather cooperates. It rained when we were there so there were no balloons flying. However, it does have caves that were used for livestock and for hiding from people, so we got to crawl around some of the caves.

Then we moved on to Istanbul. The chaos is both fun, crazy, and interesting. It’s a good city to walk around and experience.
